Geetha K. Paladugu, MD, is the director of InlandPsych Redlands Inc, a private practice with office locations in Redlands and Beaumont, California. Dr. Paladugu served as Chief of Staff at Redlands Community Hospital during 2018-2019.Dr. Paladugu graduated from M.S. Ramaiah Medical College, Bangalore, India in 1994. She obtained her Psychiatry Residency training from the University of Texas-Houston, where she was appointed the Chief Resident during 1999-2000. Dr. Paladugu is a Diplomate, American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology, and a Fellow of the American Psychiatric Association.She is the Chairman of Psychiatry at Redlands Community Hospital and Medical Director for their Inpatient, Partial Hospital Program, and Intensive Outpatient services. She serves on several committees at Redlands Community Hospital. Dr. Paladugu is active in the community education programs and has been featured on PBS-American Health Journal. Her passions include women’s health and empowerment.

He has 30 years of experience treating adult psychiatric conditions. Dr. Riesenman is an associate clinical professor of Psychiatry at Loma Linda University, and is a member of the Institute for Functional Medicine and the American Academy of Environmental Medicine.

Jesus Quirarte, PMHNP-BC
Jesus Quirarte graduated from Maryville University in 2019 with a master’s degree in Psychiatry. He has worked with the mental health population in both inpatient and outpatient settings for over seven years. Jesus is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. He is bilingual (Spanish/English) and is able to fluently converse with Spanish-speaking patients. As a nurse and now Nurse Practitioner, he is a patient advocate and believes in promoting patient health. Jesus’s passion for helping others earned him the Alice Raumin award at Redlands Community Hospital in 2018, which is awarded to only one nurse every year.
