Stephen Zorn is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a master’s degree in Social Work, with emphasis in children and families. He graduated from San Diego State University with honors in 1982. He has experience and certified to work with all age groups, from children to elderly. He has worked with blended families (stepfamily), military, fire, police families, crisis intervention and long-term experience with all types of trauma, death and dying issues, childhood molestation, and rape. Stephen has been a clinician for over 30 years.

Whitney Ashlock, LCSW
Whitney Ashlock is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a master’s degree in Social Work from University of Southern California. She works with adults 18+, and her clinical experience is working with depressive and anxiety disorders, substance use disorders, and trauma. With an emphasis on physical, mental, and spiritual wellness, Whitney utilizes cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness practices to meet a person’s individual needs.

Karen Koskinen, LCSW
Karen is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Master of Social Work graduate from Loma Linda University who specializes in working with adults from diverse backgrounds. Karen is dedicated to helping others navigate life’s challenges with compassion, understanding, and support.

Using a client-centered and collaborative approach, Karen provides a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients can explore their thoughts, emotions, relationships, and life experiences. Karen utilizes evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to help individuals develop healthier thought patterns, strengthen emotional regulation, improve coping skills, and build effective strategies for managing life’s challenges.

Karen works with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, life transitions, and grief and loss. Karen believes therapy is a collaborative process and is committed to meeting each client where they are, honoring their unique experiences, and supporting them in creating meaningful and lasting change. With a foundation in clinical social work and a passion for mental wellness, Karen strives to build therapeutic relationships grounded in trust, respect, empathy, and compassion.
